I remembered clearly last time we started this - that was almost 4 years ago. I remembered that I was sitting on the bed, looking down, I saw this gross round belly, no definition, no muscle. I reached the point, I can't stand it any longer. I was on the road at that point for 6 years, eating bad, not exercising, work was not going well, too stressful, too much drama, Jamie was in Jr year of her high school, I want to spend time with her ...
I quit my job, David and I started our quest to a brand new life style ...
So here we are, sitting there looking at each other. It's been 4 years since we finished our P90X. What made us get to this this point again? At some point, we know, we need to make up our mind and start all over again ... and that point was last night!
Day 1 - Accelerator
Day 2 - Warrior
I told David this morning, I did feel some tightness on my legs, but nothing really bad. Sitting here now at 9:45a, on day 2, I have hard time to get up and sit down. The only thing I can think of is that I will be so strong after 90 days, and I will be able to fit into the smallest of my pans again :-) and Tony said: no swine :-(
I ate port last night! And good bye, swine!
Breakfast: spinach banana shake
Snack: Geake yogurt
Lunch: Steamed veggie and turkey
Snack: apple
Dinner: Steamed veggie and chicken
Lots of water, I need lots of water!
