Day 10 - P90X3 Lean + 60 Day to fit

P90X3: warrior
Weight: C - heavy

We woke up with blizzard outside, so David was snowed in. It was such a nice down day, we ate well, worked out for 2 hours, worked, showered, and talked, and play Nora Jones all day. So relaxing and nice.

Breakfast: 4 oz organic ground beef with 1 egg
Lunch: protein shake, 1 banana
Dinner: 8 oz steamed flounder, yiu cai, Quinoa

Day 9 - P90X3 Lean + 60 Day to fit

Weight: Day 9 - rest day
Volleyball league play at Dive

Breakfast - organic sweet potato (12 oz.)

Day 8 - P90X3 Lean + 60 Day to fit

P90X3 day 1 of week 3 :-)
Day 8 of 60 days to fit weight training (will do day 7 today since I was traveling back from DC yesterday)

Breakfast -
1 egg + 1 egg white + 1/2 C spinach + 2 slice turkey bacon

Snack -
raw almond, protein shake

Lunch - tofu and veggie soup

Dinner - veggie soup with some chicken breast, pork rib and 1 bud light

Day 5 - P90X3 Lean + 60 Day to fit

P90X3 - skipped
Weight - D heavy skipped

I did a 3 hour bike ride around the Mall in DC with Angel. Such a fun time! We rented the bike at the bike share outside the hotel, rode it to Lincoln Memorial, such a pretty place with the reflection pool between the Memorial and Lincoln Memorial. We visited the white house, dock the bike and ate at a nice Thai place by 10th and G, visited Jefferson Memorial, got lost on the way back, even that was fun!

Going to the workshop in DC, this would be challenge for me to keep up the workout and eat right. I brought boiled eggs and bananas and oatmeal and salads. Washington DC, here I come!

David: organic egg, egg white, ground turkey, spinach

Snack -
Jun: 1/4 cup of strawberry, black berry, kiwi and 1 banana

Lunch -
Jun: steamed chicken breast (cooked 4 oz); steamed broccoli and stir fry Napa cabbage.

Snack -
Jun: ademame

Dinner -
Jun: steamed whole organic chicken, winter melon soup

Day 2 - P90X3 Lean + 60 Day to fit

spent the whole morning reading P90X3 nutrition guide the first 20 pages that I can find on internet. David and I decided that we are going to eat as much as possible the check breast, lean ground turkey or beef, lean steak. We know what are the good food, we just have to stick to it.

Breakfast:
Jun - 1 brown organic egg, 2 oz organic ground turkey
David - his usual oat meal with nuts, raison and goji berry

Snack:
Jun - 1/2 bag ademame
David - berry with yogurt

Lunch:
Jun - napa cabbage bean sprout soup, tofu with tofu mix
David - salad and 4oz ground turkey

Snack:
Jun - banana + berry and Greek yogurt; protein shake
David -

Dinner: non

This is a travel day, so the food was horrible, the dinner was just a protein shake, since both David and I gained about 5-6 lbs after the St John vacation :-(

I did my measurement at 9pm: waist - 78cm; fat% - 30; weight - 131

This is typically the point that I can't stand myself any more and started to eat healthy and workout since 2011 after I left Investools. Why I keep this cycle? Why can't I just stay fit and healthy? I know I came long way already compare to pre 2011, if only I can quit eating pork and white rice and baozi, and ... :<
