Day 3 - P90X3 Lean + 60 Day to fit

P90X3 yoga
rest day for weight

Breakfast -
Jun: organic egg, egg white, ground turkey, spinach
David: organic egg, egg white, ground turkey, spinach

Snack -
Jun: 1/4 cup of strawberry, black berry, kiwi and 1 banana

Lunch -
Jun: steamed chicken breast (cooked 4 oz); steamed broccoli and stir fry Napa cabbage.

Snack -
Jun: ademame

Dinner -
Jun: steamed whole organic chicken, winter melon soup
