Snack -
Jun: 1/4 cup of strawberry, black berry, kiwi and 1 banana
Lunch -
Jun: steamed chicken breast (cooked 4 oz); steamed broccoli and stir fry Napa cabbage.
Snack -
Jun: ademame
Dinner -
Jun: steamed whole organic chicken, winter melon soup
