Day 10 - P90X3 Lean + 60 Day to fit

P90X3: warrior
Weight: C - heavy

We woke up with blizzard outside, so David was snowed in. It was such a nice down day, we ate well, worked out for 2 hours, worked, showered, and talked, and play Nora Jones all day. So relaxing and nice.

Breakfast: 4 oz organic ground beef with 1 egg
Lunch: protein shake, 1 banana
Dinner: 8 oz steamed flounder, yiu cai, Quinoa
