Block 2 starting today - P90X3

I can't believe that we finished block one already - 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week. I was on the road twice. The whole time, I missed one yoga day, which was yesterday.

I reached my target weight, lost 4cm on my waist line, more energy, definitely. I want a 6 pack, I am not sure if I can get it from this workout, but I am happy with it. This would be something that I can continue on even after the 90 days :-) David and I are more strict on our diet, as Tony said, no swine during the P90X (cry)

They are building something in the woods behind the house. It rained whole day yesterday, created a little pond. It looks so beautiful from my bedroom window with the pond and everything turns green. I always want to live by some sort of water, I hope this would make that dream come true :-)

Jamie is coming home this weekend. We spent time together in Natick Sat night, makes me miss her more. Family needs to spend time together. I am not sure why I am the only one who insist on this (maybe not but it sure felt so).

Breakfast: gluten free bread, saute green mix, porch egg
Snack: Greek yogurt, banana
Lunch: tofu cabbage, egg and tomato, brown rice
Snack: fruit shake
Dinner: steam chicken, brown rice, asparagus
