spent the whole morning reading P90X3 nutrition guide the first 20 pages that I can find on internet. David and I decided that we are going to eat as much as possible the check breast, lean ground turkey or beef, lean steak. We know what are the good food, we just have to stick to it.
Breakfast:
Jun - 1 brown organic egg, 2 oz organic ground turkey
David - his usual oat meal with nuts, raison and goji berry
Snack:
Jun - 1/2 bag ademame
David - berry with yogurt
Lunch:
Jun - napa cabbage bean sprout soup, tofu with tofu mix
David - salad and 4oz ground turkey
Snack:
Jun - banana + berry and Greek yogurt; protein shake

Dinner: non
