New Year Resolution - 2015

So here I am, joined the army of NYR - New Year Resolution. It is snowing outside, my FL sister in law cheering on the other side of the phone line, saying how beautiful it would be with all the snow on the ground and sunny blue sky. I told her that's why we can't ever leave Colorado. The reality is, as soon as the car pad the snow down, it turns black, turns into ice, and turns to mud tomorrow when sun came out. But hey, we can't leave Colorado, I can't bear even the thought of moving out of this house going to next. I am don't like change much any more.

Exercise, on the other side, excites me. We started Sunday with Yoga X, did our leg yesterday and going to do Kenpo today. So... I guess, we start our round two of P90X now, officially? Last time we did it was in July 2011. Yesterday, when I was on the ground doing AbX, I painfully realize that at some point, I just can't get better any more, I am getting old ..... and  .... am I? Can I? I am 10 pounds lighter to start with this second time around, David reminded me and I made that mental note too. Can I still be getting stronger and faster?

So I had my bananas, cuties and salads already for the day. I need more veggies and more fruits and more lean protein. I need to stretch more, stay with the program. I am going to prove that I can!

Food: Raw veggie (salads), Fruit (apple, banana, cutie, kiwi, orange), Grain (rice, bean soup), Meat (beef sausage), dairy (Greek yogurt)
