6 days to Hawaii

Just spent 10 days in FL. The last AAU we attended, a little lost and depressed - we folded a life that we devoted our full attention to the past 8 years and the uncertainty of new life is making me feeling ... anticipating, a little scared, excited, lost, full of hope, worry ....

But next thing next, we are heading to Maui next Sunday, the first time Zhou Family Reunion ever. I have 5 pounds to loose before that, and today is the day one.

I went back to read my day 1 P90x post, 134 lb when I first started 2 years ago. Really??!! I can't imagine. I have finished the program since then, off and on doing it for the rest of the two years. I got involved with raw foodist movement, and find out that I love my rice too much to be a monkey. I did my one round of master cleanse, realized how much food are around everybody's life every moment. We ate more organic and non GMO now, fresh fruit and salads, I just can't give up the meat, but certainly ate a lot less (in who's standard?)

Oh well, I am going to do speed 8 today and play volleyball tonight. Here is what I plan to eat:

Breakfast: 1/2 cantaloup with 16 ounce water
snack: 4 oz greek yogurt with 5-6 raspberry
Lunch: chef salad
snack: cliff bar + almond
Dinner: steam fish + 1 cup brown rice + steam vegetable

So far, I did alright for the first two meals. After and night is always a challenge :-( .... and it is Monday-my traditional night out with my volleyball friends - no beer, Jun, no beer!!! You don't even like it, so NO BEER!!!!!!!
