I am not sure why, I felt weak often. Is it because I am not eating enough? I am getting old? Something is wrong with me?
I have reviewed the P90X nutrition plan again this morning and decide that I am going to follow that again for a while, see if I can improve how I feel. My memory about this plan while I was doing P90X is that I was always eating. Lots of food, lots of meat. Look back now, I did feel my best then, at least strenth-wise. (I'd rather don't think that I am feeling weak now is because I am getting old, or something is not right with me :-).
So here I am, going through my frig to see what I can eat every 2 - 3 hours: we have no protein bar what so ever in the house, no ready to eat white meat, no snacks, no nothing :-(
Weekend is coming, I have a honey do list ready for David. Ready, set, go!!
