I have not had any liquor, nor sweets. I almost failed to exercise, the left knee and right ankle both are swollen, despite icing and elevating and compressing. Oh well. I burned a pathetic 187 on my P90X3 workout on day 2, oh my lord ... so as it is a Yoga day and I for sure won't burn a lot, I need just drink shakes today, nothing else ...
Woke up extremely dizzy this morning, slept for extra 2 hours, not getting any better, so I went out to walk for 2 miles. It can't be better day for walking ... 51F might as well to be 70s in South. I am going to take it easy today ... except all these decisions, deadline, I need a break!
1:30p: shake (liver cleanse powder, spring mix, frozen blue berry and bananas with coconut water)
2:30p: left over tomatoes and eggs with a few bites of rice
4:30p: apple
6:00p: rice popcorn treat
7:30p: bone cabbage soup, fish and rice
