New Year Resolution - 2019

So here I am ... another year came and gone. Jamie put on her effort of keeping the tradition for 3 of us, we sat down and wrote out our new year's goal... even she is in NY and we are here except that I had hard time to be excited or relaxed for this holiday season, with everything going on. What's my new year's goal? The disappointment sets in for all the goals that were not achieved, dreams not realized, promises not fulfilled ... I am just tired! I think I have middle age blues and I am not sure how long this will last and when I will get a release.

Here I am, started with my exercise program, once again, and my diet. Hope this will pull me out of whatever funk I am in right now. My knee hurts and my ankle hurts, I managed playing sports for my entire life without much of injury and here I am, dealing with it at older age, while I am not as easy to recover as before.

Never the less, the day 1 was done, and going into day 2, my goal is to finish P90X3 and start Kala. New Year really is giving me a chance to reset, I need to keep up with it and life is meant to be enjoyed, I have to learn how.

Breakfast: sea cucumber/xiaomi soup
Snack: veggie shake (not done)
Lunch: left over veggie
Snack: admame(not done)
Dinner: egg plant, tomatoes with eggs and rice
