I spent whole morning preparing food: sea cucumber, steamed eggs, steamed spinach for David, 煲了红枣当归桂圆鸡汤,had sea cucumber and steam eggs for breakfast at 8:30, it's 10a, still not feeling hungry. I need to start to workout today, P90X + abX and maybe some weight? I need to maintain my weight, I will maintain my weight!
