Day 7 of New Year Resolution

- Yes!
- Okey then.

I lost some weight, from 136 to 131 last night's measurement. I worked out all 6 days and ate at or before 8 o'clock at night, no alcohol and sweets, ate salads twice this week and shakes 3 times. I had 3 dizzy spells this week, not sure why, maybe my eyes are giving out, or the vitamins I am taking is doing something to my body?  Felt great this morning though and I am content and happy.

First day of Jamie's last clinical. I have 10 days at home before I become a road warriors  again, I have big plans, and want to do a lot.

Week 2 of P90X3, I have to figure out something about working out on the road - only 45 minutes, I have to make it happen, at least for the next 90 days - 3/31 is the 90th day!

Breakfast: sweet potatoe
snack: shake
Lunch: Fried rice with Tofu Soup
snack: Edmame
Dinner: Salad
