New Day New Week


I made a cheese cake last night, and then realize that I had to put it in the refrig over night before serving. But, it's Monday, my cheat day is overπŸ˜–πŸ˜–πŸ˜–πŸ˜–πŸ˜–

Because I am going to visit my parents with my sister, we were planning when we can leave the house. I was trying to think about all the things I have to do, my sister said, well, get up a little earlier, skip the workout, get your stuff done first ... haha, in my mind, working out IS MY STUFF that I have to finish before we leave, so here I am:

Legs & Abs
- warm up
- Squat: 15x3, 25x1
- Reverse Lunge: 20x4
-Forward Lunge: 20x4
Glute Bridge: 20x4 with 30lb weight
Bodyweight Calve Raises: 25x4 with 15lb weight each hand
- Ab workout for 12 minutes (youtube)

Breakfast 10:30a: Protein Shake - oat, power green, 1/2 banana, 1/2 orange, 20g protein power, rice milk and coconut milk
Lunch: veggie+chicken wings+rice
Snack: Greek Yogurt + blue berry and Acai + honey
Dinner: Rice and veggie
