I have seen 129.5 lb this morning. Last time I saw anything under 130 was 3 years ago, after I had my master cleanse.
Good Friday volleyball, I felt great, energetic, fast and strong. My set was good too. I am so looking forward to next week starting of our league play. I need to find more volleyball, I love it so much.
Breakfast: steamed egg + egg white, steamed power greens + rice soup
Snacks: cottage cheese + 1/2 banana + rice milk smoothie
Lunch: 6 shrimp dumplings
Dinner: Chinese stir fry with rice - eggplant with pork, tofu cabbage, lamb bone soup
