Day76: legs, back and ab ripper X

What a great workout! I have not felt this great for a while. We had our breakfast and waited for an hour before we stated the workout. I pushed really hard, and the important thing is that I enjoyed it. I felt strong and energetic. My legs were wabblely afterwards, which is the result of working hard. I sweat a lot, thinking that I burned a few calories:-D my heart rate was up there too, which I didnt have before. Overall, it was an awesome start of my day!

Breakfast: oatmeals,raisin and eggs and beans
Snack: protein shakes (I found out that protein shake with empty stomach hurt my tummy really bad)
Lunch: turkey sandwich (yuck)
Snack: protein bar and apple
Dinner: steak and vegetabl
