Day82: YogaX

I fall asleep doing yoga. The first part of this routine were always good, that's when I sweat a lot and was challenged a lot. The second part, at the days like today, just got too relaxing for me. The exciting part was that I can hold crane for about 5 seconds now. Next week would be the last week to try crane, I have made lots of progress, I know that ...

I am really tired, keep fall in asleep, so I am going to hit the hay ...

Water
Breakfast: oatmeals, raisin, corn
Snack: Greek Yogurt
Lunch: Mongolia beef, rice and veggie
Snack: nuts and apple
Dinner: pork, veggie and rice
