Happy Birthday Day, Dad!!
Finished day 74. As I got stronger, I started to like the upper body workout (except push ups). I could push myself a little harder and don't have to feel like a clown walking around with toy weight, I actually was using 10lbs dumbbell, and at several exercises, I was using 12lbs, that's up from 3 lbs when I first started. It was the first time too, for me to try the advanced version of ab exercises. I thought I would be hopeless, now I find out that I am stronger than what I thought.
16 days to go, hard to believe.
Nutrition
water after got up in the morning
Breakfast: oatmeals and scramble eggs
snack: 4oz Greek yogurt
Lunch: brown rice, turkey and veggie
snack: orange, nuts
Diner: spaghetti with meat sauce, with salads
