Day78: chest, shoulders, triceps and ab ripper

Finished day 78, and I can hardly raise my arms. I was so busy today that I almost forgot to workout. 5 o'clock in the afternoon is not the best time to workout either. I don't feel as energetic as I am in the mornings. The only good thing about working out at this time is that I can have a protein shake without worry about getting an upset stomach since I can eat dinner right away ...

Just got back from volleyball, well,drinking after volleyball and feeling sore of my arms. Had a great night tonight at the volleyball's. I actually had a few good jump and hit. I knew hard work is coming tomorrow for plyometrics, staying up late probably won't help.

Breakfast: oatmeal with raisins and beans
Snack: Greek yogurt
Lunch: tofu veggie soup, whole wheat pasta
Snack: nuts and pear
Dinner: chicken breast with mushrooms and onions
Beer, 1 soft taco, oh, Jun!
