Day12: legs, back and abs

We didn't do it in the morning, since David needs to be at work earlier, and we didn't do it in the afternoon since I have to volunteer at the school play. So here we were, 8 o'clock at night, looking at each other, wondering if we should skip a day.

We didn't, not the best day, since we have to push our dinner to almost 10p, but we finished our day 12.

Legs seems harder, the wall stand was the hardest. My legs felt like jello afterwards, I am sure part of it was that we had a very empty stomach. The only thing we were full of were water, I know I dripped all over the places, I really didnt want to look at how David were doing. I finished the whole AbX without stopping, after a week of break, I was happy about that. David got better on it too, finished most rounds without stopping.

David had a "Charley Horse" at night. Next Friday after legs, we need to stretch the calf better.

Nutrition for the day:
Breakfast: protein shake-8oz home made almond milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 c frozen berries, 1/2 banana
Snack: home made protein bar (http://junsp90xjourney.blogspot.com/2011/09/day2-plyometrics.html)
Lunch: chef salads with 3oz low fat ham and 3 oz tofu
Snack: 12 rice cracker
Dinner: 6 oz chicken breast, veggie, potatoes and (really really bad: 3 ribs)

This is for Jammer:
Gold medalists are not made by gold, they are made of unmistakable desire, determination and will to win. When you look in the mirror, what do you see? Do you see a pretty 17 year old girl with lots of options and distractions or do you see a champion? When you ask yourself what do I want? Do I want a boyfriend, some new cloth, a day off or do you think I want to win? Because those are only two answers: who am I, I am a champion, what do I want, I want to win ... So who are you, Jamie Bredahl? What do you want?
