Kenpo is my favorit. However, do kenpoX after legs from yesterday can be challenging. For some reason, my back hurts from yesterday's workout, most likely from the AbsX. Actually, my everything hurts, from head to toe. When I move around, it was hard to hold any respectful posture, especially when I put on this insane high heels tonight to the high school play, I can hardly walk ...
The cool thing though, was that we pushed through the whole workout with full force. I think my heart rate was in the zone most of the time, meaning I burned a lot of calories. I drank lots of water but also sweat a lot, meaning that I washed out lots of waste from my body. Tomorrow we will be finishing our second weeks of P90x with a an hour and half stretch. Can't wait.
