Day24 - Kenpo x

Just completed day 24. Kenpo X is always fun for me. I felt that I got a good workout, but I will add some weigh on next week when I do it to increase some intensity and burn more calories. I did feel a little weak this morning. I think I am ready to add more carbs to my diet starting next week. That supposedly give me more energy while working out and loose more weight. I have 4 more pounds to go, and I really want that 6 packs, for once - I might won't keep it, but all I really need to to take a picture anyway. That would be sweet :-)

Jamie won her game last night, but it was the choir concert from her choir on Monday brought me in tears. It was so beautiful. If you have time, check this out. I actually have better video with better sound, but don't know how to put it on the YouTube. I am serious, I don't know what I am going to do after she gradate from high school. I am so glad I made the decision of staying home this year!!
