Day15: chest, back & abs

Finished our day 15 and I am sitting here eating breakfast. Yuk, breakfast. I am never a big fan of the breakfast, but guess what, for Sat and Sun, since I was being lazy, didn't eat the meals as I suppose to eat, I actually gain a pound and half. White rice probably didn't help, ok, ok, neither did a light beer :-(

I changed my push ups to push against the bar counter instead of floor, thanks to Rick's suggestion. I was able to get much deeper on each exercise and was feeling the right muscle being worked this morning. Abs was harder since my back still hurts, bur we did our 349 moves, wasn't pretty, I am sure, but we did it.

Nutrition

Recovery drinks - breakfast carnation with 8oz almond milk
Breakfast - 3/4cups of egg white substitute (or you can use 6 egg whites for level I, phase I diet), 3/4 c mushrooms, 2Tsp green onions, 1/2 roma tomatoes
Snack - home made protein bars
Lunch - chef salads
Snacks - 8 oz Greek yogurt
Dinner - pork chops with veggie

Cleaning lady is coming this morning, I need to clean the house and get it ready for her:-)
