Thank you Amy for sending me this:
"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped in Dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary." - Steve Jobs
I absolutely hated it when we didn't do our workout first thing in the morning the past few days. It mess up my routine. When we didn't get it taking care of 1st in the morning, all day long, I thought about it, felt bad about it, and it somehow became a chore. When we finally got to it, it was late at night, we had to push our dinner to late at night, then went to bed with a tummy full of pasta and rice and meat and whatever gunk we put in our mouth since we were so hungry, we didn't care any more. Hah!! It shows on the scale!
We finally went back to our routine this morning, got it done first before anything. So here I am, feeling accomplished, and refreshed - an awesome way to finish our 3 weeks of P90X!!We will start our recovering week tomorrow. Lots of yoga, lots of stretching, some cardio.
