Day18: Yoga

I woke up cranky. We had a guy from Rainsoft here last night doing water testing and selling us the water softener system. $6k, including $2700 worth of soap. We always are the biggest sucker of sales under high pressure - time share, 2nd time share, Kirby vacuum, and that stock program, hehehe.  (Some of them turn out to be awesome, others, so so ...) this time, we actually didn't go for it, but ever since the guy left, every time I turn on that water, I felt dirty. I can't even drink my Britta filtered water any more. So thanks bro, we are going to Home Depot this weekend to get the system and install them at the house, so I can finally live in peace.

It also could be because of Steve Jobs. My Macbook this morning felt kinda funny. Not as shinning and slick, or I felt I am late to the party, again, just as I started to get to know Mac, the man who make all this happened checked out. So my perfect world suddenly became broken again. If we as human being have average of 120 years of energy per life, Steve Jobs burned all his in 56 years. That's probably why he's presence was so bright shining and forceful. "Say what you will about the dynamic maverick who built and rebuilt Apple over the course of four decades, but Steve Jobs was a visionary. A maker of things. A doer who intimately understood the excitement of a new product. How the interchange of 1s and 0s could produce a sublime piece of software. Steve Jobs got all this. We admired him for it. Some loved him for it. None of us will forget him for it."

So does that mean I should not workout any more, since it burns energy faster? Or that's the way to create more energy to life?

Yoga, I definitely needed it, especially today, to find peace. Still can't do crane, didn't even try. My balance was a lot better, or maybe the harder surface I worked out on today helped. My arm at times felt weak, but overall I only have to stop once.
